Material

My Graphics Shop uses M.D.O. (Medium Density Overboard) as a substrate for the sign. The M.D.O. that is used as a substrate comes in two different finishes; primed (ready for painting or a print to be applied) and laminated (which gives your sign a clean finished look and comes only in white). The benefits of using this type of substrate are that no painting or prep work is needed before we apply your cut vinyl lettering or print as applied.

Finishing Options

4" X 4" posts are cut to the desired length and shipped to you with your sign. Assembly is simple and only requires a phillips head drill bit and a drill. A recommendation that you will hear from us when ordering your wooden signs, is that a trim cap be put around the perimeter of the sign face. This protects your sign from damage from water exposure and prevents your wooden sign from warping.

Sizes

The only limitation to the size of these signs is that we recommend them not be any larger than 48" X 96", as this is the largest sheet size available

48" X 96"

Suggested Uses
