GENERAL

Q. How can we contact you?

A. You can call us at 813-948-1183, 813-000-0000 or 866-000-0000 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. You can send an email anytime. We make sure every call and every email is answered in shortest time possible.

Q. Where are you located?

A. My Graphics Shop has 2 locations in Tampa and Odessa, Florida, however, we can take orders from and ship to anywhere across the US.

Q. How do you use my information?

A. My Graphics Shop will never, ever give out your personal information. All of our transactions, whether they be over the phone, in person or on the internet, are secure and private.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

Q. How do I order my products?

A. My Graphics Shop is available to order products and services via phone, email and order forms. We welcome your calls and emails and are happy to assist you in placing your order.

Q. How long will it take to get a proof?

A. Our graphics team can have a proof emailed or faxed to your the same day. If you need a hard copy, we offer overnight service.

Q. How soon can I get my order processed once the job has been approved?

A. We ship products Monday through Friday and depending on what and when you order and when you need it, we will help you meet your deadline. Generally, we can ship your order the same day or next.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. My Graphics Shop primarily uses FedEx and UPS. For most accurate estimates in time and price for shipping, please feel free to visit the FedEx website and use 33556 as the shipping from zip code.

FILE PREPARATION AND TYPE

Q. Will you match a sample I print out on my own printer, or a previously printed sample?

A. One way My Graphics Shop is able to have such quick turnaround times is to produce the closest matching colors possible. Since the process of matching colors can be a challange due to the varying devices, inks and materials the printing industry uses. Since this can be time consuming, our professional team of artists will take your samples and match them the best of our abilities. We have on staff an experienced artist with a Bachelor of Fine Art with 2 year program in Color Theory, so you can rest assured that the color you are striving for will be a pleasing color match. If you are looking for a precise color match, we can provide you with a digital proof. We will work closely with you until you are satisfied with a match. If you require precise color match, please contact us to arrange for a digital color proof. Once you approve the additional fees (starting at $xx), we will produce and send you a hard proof via overnight delivery. When you approve and return the proof, we will strive to match the color of the proof when printing your final piece. There are substantial additional charges for precise color match service. Also, if you request color correction or other changes after you see your proof, there will be a minimum of another $40+ charged for color correction time and a new proof. Bottom line: The final product we produce for you is unlikely to match the output from your inkjet -- it will be better!

Q. If I send you a .JPG of my logo can you use that on my project?

A. Generally, no. We work in vector formats to produce the clearest images possible. If you have had your logo printed elsewhere, most of the time, you can obtain the vector file and send it to us. Otherwise, we can offer our logo re-creation service. This service is where you send us a .JPG or other non-vector fily type and we turn it into vector. This service will be beneficial to you for any future work, as it is usually a one time fee (unless you change your logo!)

Q. What file types do you accept?

A. At My Graphics Shop, we strive to accomodate our customers and use the latest graphics software, such as Adobe and Corel. We are able to accept .AI, .EPS, .CDR, .PDF, and more. Our graphics team help you make the process easy! If you need help preparing your file for us, we will be more than happy to help you through the process.

Q. What media storage types do you accept?

A. My Graphics Shop can accomodate just about any type of storage from CD and DVD to flash drives.
